Question:
How do I print a report of all
accounts with credit balances?
Answer:
Go to Report Utilities and
click Account Lists. Click
the Modify button. On the
Make a List of Accounts screen,
under Balance Ranges, choose
Cur Balance. Two boxes will
appear to the right. In the
first box, type in the number
-50000.00 (that's a hyphen
and the number). If your highest
credit balance could be higher
than that, type in a higher
number. In the right hand
box, type -0.01. In other
words we want every account
with a credit balance from
50000.00 to 0.01. Now exit.
Verdict will find all accounts
with a current balance in
that range. Next under Accounts,
choose the Current Balance
Report. It is automatically
set to use the Account List
you made. Then click the Print
button. The report shows each
account with a credit balance,
along with the amount of the
credit balance. At the bottom
of the report, you will see
the total of all credit balances.
