Question: I tried to transfer in LegalPad entries to Verdict. The LegalPad entries are on a floppy disk in the A: drive. I got an error message that it could not find the data. What do I do now?

Answer: Look at your setting for Directory E. What does it say the Transfer In subdirectory is? You are transferring in from the A: drive. Therefore Directory E should be set at the A: drive. Click the button with the 3 dots to the right of Directory E. Change the drive letter to the A: drive. Then try again. If Directory E is set to the A: drive and you get the error message, go look at the setting for Directory D on the LegalPad operator's computer. Where did she transfer the data to? She may have thought she was transferring out to a disk in the A: drive but actually transferred the data somewhere else.
